Luxuryyar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Luxuryyar responds to claims of copyright infringement and how copyright owners may submit a takedown notice.

1. Notification of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your DMCA Notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or works you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, you may provide a representative list.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed or disabled, with enough detail so that we can locate it on our platform (such as a URL or specific description).
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of that person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringement.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Luxuryyar maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once or whose content has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice.

5. Accuracy of Notices

Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are unsure whether material on our platform infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting a notice.

6. Modification of Content

Luxuryyar reserves the right to modify, remove, or disable access to any content at its sole discretion without prior notice, including content that is the subject of a DMCA Notice, while it investigates a claim of infringement.
