By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent if you are a minor.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not prohibited from accessing or using the Platform under applicable laws.
• All registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to deny access or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.

3.1 Creating an Account

Certain features of the Platform require registration. When creating an Account, you agree to provide truthful and complete information and to keep that information updated.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

3.4 One Account Per User

Unless expressly permitted, each User may maintain only one active Account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the Platform is prohibited.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes unless a separate written agreement permits otherwise.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or automated messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

• Impersonate another person, user, or entity.
• Record, copy, redistribute, or resell any Content without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

All Content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, course materials, graphics, interfaces, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Platform.

5.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

5.3 Restrictions

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or distribute any portion of the Platform or its Content without our prior written consent.

5.4 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or transmit any content on the Platform (such as chat messages, questions, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and process that content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

6.1 Fees

Some Services are offered free of charge, while others may require payment. Applicable fees will be displayed at the time of purchase or registration. All fees are stated in the currency indicated at checkout.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details. You agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor when completing a transaction.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase. We are not obligated to provide refunds for Services that have already been delivered or accessed.

6.4 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect transactions already completed prior to the change taking effect.
